A genuine 30-day guarantee
Buy a BotExorcist software licence and, if you decide it is not for you, request a refund within 30 calendar days of the licence payment. You do not need to prove that the software failed to qualify for this guarantee.
How to claim
Email support@botexorcist.com within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. Include the email used for the purchase, your website or licence reference, and enough payment details to locate the transaction. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
What is refunded
We refund the amount paid to us for the eligible BotExorcist software licence. External charges paid directly to other suppliers, such as hosting, advertising spend, payment-provider currency conversions or OpenAI API credits, are not charges collected by BotExorcist and are not part of the licence refund.
Refund method and timing
Once the eligible purchase has been verified, we initiate the refund using the original payment method where available. The time until the funds appear depends on the relevant payment provider or bank. We will confirm that the request has been received and the refund initiated.
After a refund
The refunded software licence ends when the refund is processed. You should cease using the licensed software after that point. Any personal-data request can still be sent under the Privacy Policy.
Your legal rights remain
This voluntary guarantee does not remove or reduce any remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
