1. The provider
BotExorcist is offered by Clear Signal Intelligence (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. Email support@botexorcist.com for questions concerning a proposed purchase or these terms.
2. What BotExorcist provides
BotExorcist is WordPress traffic-intelligence, bot-protection and PPC-evidence software. Services may include a private demonstration, assisted setup, calibration and support. Features and the website or websites covered are confirmed during the order process.
Protection and evidence reporting do not guarantee search ranking, indexing, advertising refunds, elimination of all unwanted traffic or freedom from third-party vulnerabilities.
3. Demonstrations and purchases
A demonstration or trial does not oblige you to purchase. If you choose to proceed, the licence price, covered website, scope and payment details will be confirmed before payment. The advertised once-off lifetime licence is a limited offer, after which BotExorcist intends to switch to monthly and yearly licensing.
Do not send payment to an unsolicited address. An authorised payment request will be provided as part of the agreed process.
4. Lifetime licence
Where purchased under the once-off offer, the licence covers lifetime use including updates and support for the licensed website and the purchased edition. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property and may not be resold, sublicensed or copied for unrelated websites without permission.
Third-party infrastructure and usage charges, including the customer's own hosting, advertising spend and external OpenAI API credits, are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
5. Software responsibilities
You are responsible for controlling access to your website and backing up your site and database. BotExorcist support may assist with setup and calibration. You must provide accurate information about legitimate users, essential integrations and any services that need to remain accessible.
You must not use the software to access systems you do not own or administer or otherwise use it unlawfully.
6. Payments and 30-day guarantee
A licence purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, available at the linked policy page. Requests should be sent to support@botexorcist.com within 30 calendar days of the original licence payment. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Third-party services
Payments, calendars, hosting, email services, ad platforms and AI/API providers operate their own services and may set their own prices and rules. We do not control an advertising platform's decision to credit disputed traffic.
8. Support and updates
Updates and support are included with the lifetime-use licence. Contact support@botexorcist.com with your website, the issue and details that help reproduce it. Support does not include unrelated custom development, third-party subscription fees or management of third-party services unless expressly agreed.
9. Legal limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or data protection law. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from ordinary use of the site or software. Any specific commercial limitation must be consistent with applicable law and the agreed purchase documentation.
10. Contact and changes
For legal or contract questions, contact support@botexorcist.com. Terms applicable to an accepted purchase will be those agreed when the order is concluded; published changes will not retroactively remove rights under a completed sale.
